- Wait at least one minute, then reinsert any batteries and reconnect power to the modem.
- Then wait at least two additional minutes to allow the modem to power on. The modem’s lights should gradually turn on, confirming the device has power and is connected to the internet.
- Reconnect the power to your WiFi router and allow at least two minutes for your router to finish powering on.
- Check your internet connection to make sure it’s working.
- Restart your equipment.
- Locate the reset button on the back of the router.
- Press and hold down the reset button for five seconds to restart.
